Here is a mod of the highly popular elementary GTK theme. elementary Dark is a soft and subtle dark theme based on the higly popular and modern elementary theme from the elementary project.
elementary Dark is based on the latest eGTK from the development PPA of elementary. Currently only GTK2 and Metacity themes are included. I'll release the GTK3 port when I've time. But I think, GTK3 version of eGTK will already come with a dark variant.
It is featured in OMGUbuntu(Thanks Joey). elementary Dark uses murrine engine. Installation instructions are inside the archive.
